Shipping Policy

How and when we deliver the Shubh Kit across India.

  • We ship the Shubh Kit across India through established courier partners.
  • Orders are dispatched within 1–2 business days of confirmation and are typically delivered in 3–5 business days. Remote or out-of-delivery-area (ODA) pincodes can take longer.
  • Delivery is free on the Shubh Kit. Both Cash on Delivery and prepaid orders are accepted.
  • Once your order is dispatched we send courier tracking details on the WhatsApp number given at checkout.
  • If your pincode is temporarily non-serviceable we will contact you with an alternative or issue a full refund.
  • Business days exclude Sundays and public holidays in Gujarat, India.

If your order is delayed or does not arrive

  • Contact us on WhatsApp +91 93282 24137 or email [email protected] with your order number. We respond within 48 hours.
  • If a shipment is confirmed lost in transit, we send a replacement kit at no cost, or issue a full refund if you prefer.
