What we collect, why, and the control you have over it.

What we collect and why

We collect only what is needed to process, deliver and support your order: your name, phone number, email address and shipping address.
If you contact us for counselling or coaching, we keep only the notes needed to provide that support.
We do not collect or store your card, UPI or bank details. Online payments are handled entirely by Razorpay, our payment gateway.

We never sell your personal data.
We share it only with the partners needed to run this business — our courier partner for delivery, Razorpay for payment processing, Cloudflare which stores and delivers the product-guide videos, and the analytics and advertising providers described below.
We disclose data to authorities only where required by Indian law.

This site uses Google Analytics, the Meta (Facebook) Pixel and Microsoft Clarity to understand how visitors use the site and to measure the effectiveness of our advertising.
Microsoft Clarity additionally records how pages are used — mouse movement, scrolling, clicks and taps — so we can see where the site is confusing and fix it. Everything you type into the checkout form, and into the mobile number and code fields on the product-guide page, is masked before it leaves your browser, so your name, phone number, email and address are never captured in these recordings.
These tools set cookies and receive technical information — your IP address, device and browser type, the pages you view, and actions such as opening the checkout or completing an order, together with the order value.
We do not send your name, full address, email or phone number to these providers, and we do not send anything you share in a counselling or coaching session.
Meta may use this information to show you our ads on Facebook and Instagram and to build advertising audiences. You can control this from your Facebook or Instagram ad settings, and Google Analytics can be blocked with Google's opt-out browser add-on.
Blocking these cookies through your browser does not affect your ability to browse the site or place an order.

The QR code on your packaging leads to a page of short videos showing how to use each item in the kit, and some footage of the kit itself. To open them we ask for your mobile number and a verification code.
Once verified we store one essential cookie so you do not have to enter it again; it holds your verified mobile number in signed form, cannot be read by scripts on the page, and expires after 30 days.
If the number you enter matches an order we hold, we note that alongside it, so we can see how many customers find the QR at all. You are not refused if it does not match — the kit is often bought by one person and opened by another.
We record which guides were opened so we know which ones are useful and which need reshooting. We keep this for as long as we keep the order record.
The videos themselves are stored privately and each viewing link is generated for you and expires shortly afterwards.

Our handling follows the principles of India's Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023 — consent-based, purpose-limited and secured.
You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data at any time by contacting WhatsApp +91 93282 24137 or email [email protected].
We act on such requests within 30 days. Order records we are required to retain for tax and accounting purposes are kept for the period Indian law requires.
You may withdraw consent for non-essential communication at any time without affecting an order already placed.

What you share in a counselling or coaching session is kept confidential and is never used in marketing.
