A 7-day money-back promise on the physical kit, and what is not covered.
7-day money-back promise
- If you do not feel more ready within 7 days of delivery, contact us to return the physical kit for a full refund of ₹4,500.
- Returned items must be unused and in their original condition and packaging.
- Start a return by contacting WhatsApp +91 93282 24137 or email [email protected] within 7 days of delivery. We arrange the return pickup.
What is not refundable
- Digital content — the Readiness Playbook, ritual-card content, first-conversation scripts and counselling access — is non-refundable once accessed, because it cannot be returned once delivered.
- If you have accessed digital content but wish to return the physical kit, the physical portion remains refundable under the 7-day promise.
How refunds are paid
- Approved refunds are processed within 5–7 business days of us receiving the returned kit.
- Prepaid orders are refunded to the original payment method. Cash on Delivery orders are refunded by bank transfer or UPI to an account you nominate.
- We do not deduct any restocking or handling fee.
Cancellations
- An order can be cancelled free of charge any time before it is dispatched — message us on WhatsApp +91 93282 24137 or email [email protected].
- Once dispatched, an order is handled under the 7-day money-back promise above.
